Wow, very busy

Wow, what a busy year. Peas are being harvested all over the UK now. Early crops were patchy with some very good and some very bad. Now there seems to be a bit of an excess, not a position we have seen for a few years.

Seed crops are now also being harvested and we are waiting to see how they do. Once we know then we will have an idea of where seed prices are going to be, but nothing is getting any cheaper at he moment.

I may be biased but the best tasting pea is one from the pod as soon as possible after picking.Yum, yum! Ha ha!
